recipes you will need. The grocery lists are in the meal planner, but to make your life even simplier you can also get a
preprinted magnetic grocery list notepad for your refrigerator. There is no need for you to recopy your list, all you need to do is cross out what you already have and you are off to the store.
Each meal contains 1 meat, 1 bread, 2 fruits or 2 vegetables or a fruit and a vegetable, vitamin A twice a week and vitamin C daily.
